Great game, lots of fun and excitement
There is a single player (World Circuit) race and trick mode and a multiplayer race and trick mode with Easy, Medium and Hard dificulty levels. As you win races and score points for the best tricks you are able to build up your riders ability to whatever it may be, either their tricks or their stability. You are also able to unlock many maps and other great snowboarders, each with their own different style and speacial ability. There is also a trick book where it shows you how many different tricks you have unlocked. When you make do a trick, dpending on how hard it is and how often you do it, you maximize your boost bar which helps you go faster and is extremely useful for the most air time and those neck and neck finishes at the end and it is also included in Multiplayer.
The multiplayer aspect is great fun to play with your friends as there are a variety of maps and snowboarders to choose from as you go along in the single player but even if you havent gotten that far in the single player its still fun to either race against a friends or see who is the best at performing tricks.
If youve just started to play the game dont worry as there is a practice mode where "Moby" (one of the characters) tells you how to pull tricks and just generally how to ride.
It is a very enjoyable game for everyone and is one of my favourite games, whn it came out and still is now.
