Splashdown: Rides Gone Wild. Exciting or Exhausting?

User Rating: 7.5 | Splashdown 2: Rides Gone Wild PS2
SplashDown: Rides Gone Wild is an overall pretty okay game, but extended play is not recommended as some glitches tend to appear, also, it doesn't take much play (more than a few hours) to get bored.. Personally, I've had the game for a few years now and just recently picked it up to see if I still liked it. Again, it's okay, but it's not incredible. It's almost too easy in Rookie mode though. It's good for multiplayer gaming because you can play in a racing mode with a friend, however, this does not earn you many points for buying new items and characters in the warehouse. The amusement park based tracks are perhaps the most fun (not available in two player) because as you go through, if you pay attention, things in the park tend to change. The stadium tracks are much more challenging though (Kraken and Razorback for example) as they require more skill and more control over the vehicle. Just a hint to those who are thinking of playing this game, go through and train for tricks until you get the sequence down. Overall, not a bad game, but it can get a bit tedious.
