It was awesome; getting to **** some bad guy around, then a wicked upper cut into the air and just when you think this combo is over, you sling your webs at em and a restart the thrashing. Wicked fun. A cute balance of humor (that's right, "cute", cuz it was good for all ages) with action. The characters look a tad bit silly when they run around, and some of the extra characters aren't as graceful when jumping around, so you may have to wait for them to catch up, if the computer doesn't just make them appear. A little repetitive, and not a whole lot of variety, and also kind of short. If you are playing with someone, it can be fun, but the second player is at a disadvantage because of lack of moves for your allies. I would recommend renting because it's a pretty quick game and the bonuses of beating are short and not the most satisfying. Still, it's a guilty little pleasure of jumping, webbing, punching and horrifically cheesy one-liners true to the genre.
