Even though this may be a game based off a movie which are mostly crap. This is one is actually pretty fun.
So like I said it's a sand box game that follows the story of the movie. You know new villian, Doc Oc spider-man has to win the day and get his girl and all that awesome super hero Stuff. Plus more. Yet it's not really about the new villian, or how he saves the day or wins the girl, but the game play. It was so much fun, back in the day that was the first time I've ever seen a game use a model of the city like a major one such as New york. So it was pretty cool to be, since I've never been there and could explore.
Thats what was so fun. Just the chance to explore and have fun. I remember when I was little when I picked up the game it had a night and day feature which I had really never encountered, so that was cool I though. When I was little I had a fun game I had always played in the game (even though it sounds kind dumb I was little, lol) that at day I can use my webbing skills and be spider and, but in the night I couldn't use any webbing what so every. So at night I was jumpman! lol
So enough about my childhood memories. Now a days you can pick up spider-man 2 for the playstation for Gamecube for only $3.Very Very Very cheap, but after the modern game it MAY not be that fun to play. Its still a bit entertaining to me though.
