An ok game, but could have been better.

'South Park Rally' is not the average kart-racing game. It's more of a mission-based racing game where you have to reach certain checkpoints (in some cases items) before the other players do. It's an ok concept, but this game would have been better if it was more of Mario Kart type racer. Sometimes it can get difficult to the point of frustration, and after a while it isn't all that fun anymore. But it is a South Park game, so there's a lot of humor involved, and that's enough to at least draw you in for a short time. The graphics are decent, not the best the Nintendo 64 has seen, but not all that bad. The sounds are part of what make this an authentic South Park game. The drivers all shout out witty and funny remarks, and even though they do repeat themselves, it's enjoyable to listen to. The music is customized with fart sounds, and that's an ok quality. In the end, if you're a South Park fan, then you should definitely see what this game is all about. If you're a racing game fan in general, you might like this game or not.
