Nostalgia to me comes mostly comes from Sonic the Hedgehog games I played as a kid.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (which I had on the Sonic Mega Collection for the gamecube) was the first classic sonic game I had ever beaten when I was young. However for this review I am basing this off of the Xbox 360 arcade version of the game. Looking at this game again regardless of how or where I'm playing it brings back lots of memories to me from when I was younger. As I played I made small mistakes but looking at those mistakes seemed more so me being "rusty" because the control to me ended up being very smooth and using the Xbox 360 controller somehow felt natural to me even if it is a 2D game.
Pros:
-Control is very simple and easy to use
-Each stage is connected and the environment is great to look at (to me anyway)
-the bosses are fun and there are plenty of them in the game
-Playing as tails is lots of fun
-Music is great and fits the scenery
-Save feature makes progress and emerald collecting easier
Cons:
-Where is Sonic 3 & Knuckles on Xbox Arcade?
-Game is short (not the complete sonic 3 anyway)
-Game can be very easy if you know what you're doing
