GAMEPLAY:
Awesome, it has speed, danger, treasure hunts (chaos hunts actually) and a lot of stuff that make it challenging. The special stages are good too, not too hard and only too easy at the beginning as Sonic used to be in the old 2D days. And the partner thing, works well with reaching some places that are hard to reach and make the game more interesting.
GRAPHICS:
Nice set of graphics, same as the previous games but still, it'a always a nice thing, though I prefer Genesis graphics more, these were okay.
SOUND:
MUSIC WISE:
Pretty good music, some of the best I have heard in a while from past Sonic games before this, including that one where you here a remix of the Green Hill zone music which is pretty good.
EFFECT WISE:
Great sound effects with many familiar returning sounds as well, made the game good. Brings back many elements from past games.
VOICE WISE:
Awesome voice actings before 4Kids ruined it in future games. Sonic was very energetic and ready for action, and sounded young as well as I think he should. Tails sounded cute and childish which he should because even though he is smart, he is also still just a little boy. Cream sounded very cute and adorable. Knuckles sounded very tough and ready for action, and Amy as girly as ever. A great last performance from Ryan Drummond and the rest of the originals, may they please return soon
OVERALL:
I would recommend this game to many people, any Sonic fan used to the old games would probably like this and 3D fans as well would, I feel this game gives a good mix.
