NOTE: I am not comparing this to Halo and Half-Life, the best FPS games of all time, so don't be appaled by the high rating. GRAPHICS: Good/Great. I was running it on an HDTV so it might be kind of high. Anyways, Models are repetietive, but very detailed and true to the enviroment. Weapons handle realisticly, and also have great models. The GHOUL system is really cool, and handles realisticly. The enviroments are un inspired and bland, but are built in a sensible manner and you probably won't get lost. GAMEPLAY: Great. YEAH! YOU HEARD ME! GREAT! This game has a very bland single player campaign, but it is never frustratingly hard, and the enemies never score cheap kills, though it is hard, you will die and it won't be a big deal. The campaign is really a good boredom solution more than something to change your life. The random mission generator is basically senseless action and it it quite fun. The enviroments are still bland but it is great anger management, and the AI, though rarely working in teams, is smart and will improvise. Weapons, me being a gun freak, and use their real world caliber, and handle like real. Multiplayer is fun as hell. Especially online. Online is a awesome CS solution until we get CZ in the fall. Multiplayer really makes you feal more in the game than the single player. VALUE: Great. Multiplayer Superb, Singlplayer Great. REVIEWER'S TILT: I dunno.
