Finally a developer gets it right!

It should be no surprise this is a fabulous stand alone production because the geniuses at Rebellion created it. The same folks that brought us the immortal Goldeneye 64 back in the day.

This game has no illusions about what it is, or what it is trying to achieve. Very straightforward, classic Romero based zombie style. (I for one, am sick and tired of Olympic athlete zombies that litter the gaming landscape today; being dead should NOT improve your physical ability, i.e. RUN SPEED)

This game also pays homage to Night of the Living Dead, Army of Darkness, and a few other movies the developers no doubt drew inspiration from.

Enjoy a plethora of guns, sniper cam, a perfect John Carpenterish sound track, and smooth controls.

The ONLY downside is, it is too short. However, it only cost $15, so I won't complain.

I hope Rebellion expands on this stand alone masterpiece!
