I honestly can't think of a sandbox syle game that had better melee fighting, car racing or story. Must buy!

The two shining areas of this game is it's racing and fighting segments - of which there are many. You'll hear similarities to the Batman franchise but I believe that Sleeping Dogs has even more fluidity and creativity than the Arkham games I can not state enough that the fighting here is incredibly fun and intuitive. The racing design is spot on and invasion from police has an added element as you can leap from vehicle to vehicle in a manner that's reminiscent of action films. The story is involving and the voice acting is top notch. I rarely play games twice but I am looking forward to my second romp through Hong Kong. Expect to spend 30 hours or so to complete side quest and the main story line. This title deserves to be seen equal to anything out of the GTA franchise. Also square is promising additional DLC for the next 6 months.
