Let me start out by saying that I love games with tons of gore and gallons upon gallons of blood. And if your like me than you must own "The Suffering" and now you have to own "Shadow of Rome" the newest game from Capcom. The game starts out bloody and doesn't let up for it's entirety as you play you become more aware of its controls, which are fantastic, and less aware of the fact that the people you are killing are being chopped in half with your huge axe. Okay, well enough with its blood content. The games graphics are fairly impressive, with detailed human models and very nice look enviorments we get a good another good look at what the "Onimusha 3" game engine can do. The sound is also equally impressive with nice clanking sounds and music score we become caught up in this fantastic game. But maybe more than all of this is the gameplay which is the games strong points. Besides the hack n slash violence we also get a very nice stealth element that complements the games design very well. Overall this is a fun game with just about everything you could want in a hack n slash masterpiece. I hope to see a sequel from this very impressive game in the next few years. Final Score 9.0
