Wow.....Shadow of Rome delivers with every hack and slash of the Gladius!

One of the best games of this genre to hit the PS2 console in years! The graphics were breathtaking, the game play was superb, the main character handled like a dream! This game is damn hard! You have to be incredibly tenacious to complete it, but a game that compelles you to continue on as this one does has something very special going for it.

The story line was well conceived, although, there are those who have critizied the game for falling short of historical authenticity, but who cares! It is a game.... not a history lesson! In my opinion this game is a winner, totally complete in all aspects.
