the good:endless entertainment, do it your way
the bad:slightly annoying music,silly movement scheme
in scribblenauts you are faced with simple challenges to solve,the twist is you can solve each level in hundreads of ways.you have a notepad where any item you require for your way of solving the puzzle you simply type in the name of that item and that item appears next to you.
I sat down and thought "right lets see how much they have put in the library"
let me say,it is Impressive. I type in "gun" a gun appears next to me,ok i thought how about i try something unusual that they wouldent expect you to need so i Type in toilet and a toilet falls on my head lol.I type in pineapple and that also appears,finally i type in shark and a shark appeared and ate me! so you get the message you can produce what ever you want.
This feature makes free roam endless fun.Instead of a main menu you appear in a preset scenary where you can mess about for as long as you want before tapping the start icon at the bottom of the screen.Then you can choose from level editor,challenge or shop(challenge is story mode).
as i said earlier the control scheme is slightly inaccurate meaning precise movement and jumping is difficult however i found the glory of being able to summon up anything you can think of destracts you from the weak points.
The game also lasts ages,in the gamespot review it says 200 and more levels,however there is 300 levels in challenge alone
