Best rugby game in recent years but not what rugby fans were after.

User Rating: 7 | Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge X360
Rugby challenge at first look seemed like it was going to be what all rugby fans had been looking for, even after playing 5-10 minutes it looked good.

It's only after playing for a few hours, you start to realise the little things that could have easily made the game a solid 9 out of 10.

The good.
Liked the pass and kicking controls, simple enough and accurate, even if a pass does go off into the middle of nowhere some of the time.
The graphics even though not up to Madden or Fifa standards are still easy on the eyes and pretty smooth.
Also career mode and create a player was a nice touch even if it wasn't that in depth.
Tackling is pretty good with a quick tackle and aggressive tackle but again could have been a little better.

The Bad.
Commentary is shocking, repeating same old comments and at the wrong times.
Certain game play features like scoring a try, should have been a button for diving and maybe quick put down of the ball, seem to get tackled near the line with plenty of time for a dive, or not putting the ball down when past the line and getting tackled and held up.
No rights to South African team names and player names.
Computer A.I not that smart at times.

Bottom line if your a rugby fan you will like the game but will notice these problems, if you don't know much about rugby probably not for you.
