I find part 10 to be a depressing letdown from its earlier games. KOEI has attempted this before....

This is my first review, so bare with me. I have been a fan of the Romance series since the NES days. I find part 10 to be a depressing letdown from its earlier games. I, as my opinion, wish it was a 1-8 player game. KOEI has attempted this before with a 1 player Romance game, and did not work. With better technology they thought they can do it again and make it work. But I fear that they missed it. The game lacks the feel as they others did. Yet, the strategic game play is there. The easy to use interface makes it easier to navigate through your almost endless turns. You still can become a ruler; you can be an officer, free or not. They need to get the idea of the game back. Like part 4 and part 8. The game has its challenges and advancements. Some of which I found pointless. Graphics, like all RTK games is not an issue, there is nothing to there to talk about or brag about. But you can’t beat the game play.
