The first entry of famous rhythm franchise into the portable realm was not the best one.

rock band unplugged on psp awesome... but wait a minute it's not the awe you expect. There's no peripheral in this game so love it or not you have to stick to the familiar awkward buttons. Another controversy is the type of game play Harmonix has chosen for this game. Switching instruments is really annoying and it'd be good if there was an option to stick to one particular stuff, but that's why they call it unplugged. It makes game more mini game like than a rhythm game.
A handful of songs are included but you have to play go through them more than your tolerance, and game gets repetitive quickly, so maybe DLCs can solve the problem.
I've said all the problems but the biggest one, NO multiplayer! What the hell... How could we call it rock BAND when we can't really make a band? At least they could have included local multiplayer... though that wouldn't be enough.
And a cool thing for noobs is if you play whole game on easy you will get all pros will get with just more tries to get fans.
So let's go for goods. Some cool rock songs are included and most important thing about unplugged is that it's not so pricey.
Although it shares the same name with famous console versions but don't expect that hype. This game is just playing a mini game while listening to some rock musics over and over again.
