Rock Band on the psp? the ds had a good idea but it didnt work very well... the psp... well u just use buttons

Well there's no mini guitar that you use in this game and there certainly is no touch screen. In this game you just use buttons... or the d-pad I guess. That means the game play is pretty much the same. Although the game can be hard it's not very fun really. Sure the audio is great to listen to and it's really nice that if you're missing notes then the music for that instrument will tune down. The actual game play is kinda dull and it's just something to pass the time.
The songs are great there's no doubt about that. I recognize many of the songs and it's really nice to play the game while listening to move along or ABC.
There's no multiplayer... which is weird. Although the game play would be different if it was co-op there's no reason why there shouldn't be vs. At least you can download songs... for $1.99 each.
Overall the game is not worth $40. I'm going to say $25 or maybe $30 max.
