One of the best PS3 shooters: Get ready to blast some Chimera!

Resistance 2 is a very good sequel. The fact is it has better graphics, and a much better single player campaign than the first game. I think the campaign is a lil bit shorter, but its way more fun. You get more of a variety of chimera to take down. You also get a lot more checkpoints...it seemed like in the first game you would always die just shy of getting a checkpoint.

Anyway R2 has some good graphics, and decent controls. My only complaint about the controls is using L2 to run(hold) and to crouch(tap). But the game does make u run here and there, so its not like you wont use it.

Ah yes the multiplayer is great! I didnt care much for coperative mode, but competitive is where its at. Goin agaisnt up to 60 people is a blast. Also u can bring a friend along with u online...if they have made a PSN(same system). The online mode isnt perfect like another PS3 shooter i can think of but man do i like it.

Overall, for a FPS fan, this is a must have. Its better than the original, and u wont be disapointed.
