Nothing's perfect in this world, except for this game.

User Rating: 10 | Resident Evil GC
Gameplay: 10

The gameplay is terrific in this game. The eeire feel of that mansion adds to the suspense and the camera angles add a whole new level of terror to the gameplay. Everything from the aiming to the controls (yes, that's right. I actually enjoyed the controls) is absolutely superb and shouldn't be changed.

Graphics: 10

Are you sure this isn't for the Wii or PS3? The graphics for this game are outstanding! I enjoyed actually being able to see every single detail in each room without it being distorted by pixels and a low polygon count. The cutscenes are beautiful (the beginning and ending cutscenes are breathtaking) and shouldn't ever be changed.

Sound: 10

As with everything in this game, the sound stands out a lot. When you run on the carpet in the Main Hall, you no longer hear the full sounds of the footsteps, but more of a muted sound. When you hear the zombies moan, they can be clearly hear. When you hear the crows in the trees or the grass crunch beneath you, you remember why Resident Evil is what it is.

Value: 10

This game definitely keeps you busy for hours on end. Besides being able to choose from two characters and being able to witness over ten endings, this game also features tons of extras. The new costumes and guns that effect gameplay just help it keep on giving and modes such as the Invisible Enemy, Real Survival, and One Dangerous Zombie can be played over and over again.

Reviewer's Tilt: 10

This game is outstanding. Everything can be adored and nothing is left unfinished. This is how Resident Evil was meant to be played.
