When capcom releash Resident Evil: Outbreak, it was the first online multiplayer in the Resident Evil series. Fans feel great seeing these stuff. Resident Evil: Outbreak File #2 on PS2 is like a expansion pack of the original Outbreak. Seeing that File #2 have some little improvement, new enemies, and new scenarios. File #2 is not a bad game, but it is that good.

The story of File #2 is still the same like outbreak. A zombie outbreak is ar Racoon City. You play the same 8 citizens who survied the outbreak. The poclie officier Kevin, who equip with a .45 handgun; Mark, a 50-year old security guard with good use of melee weapons; Yoko, a collage student with backpack to double the item space (those who did'nt know); Cindy, an waitess who's have a bandade, and an herb box; and others. This game has different scenarios; like an Zoo with t-virus infected animals; the subway filled with growing fleas; an Hosital with an ax holding killer, and wrapped with plants. The puzzles and completing the scenario takes time on the diffuculty you playing.

It has the same 4-player online multiplayer. You wished that you can chat with other player with a headset. But only you can use a keyboard. On network mode, it would be nice to solve puzzle by yourself. But you play with intellegent allies. But on single-player, you'll get to solve all of it. The game will give you files and clues to help, solve, or get you a hint to the puzzles. The loading time on each room you entered is not long. But if you still got the PS2 hard drive, it will be faster. The graphics on the levels are great. When you see the evironment it's looks clear and more real-life. After you done a scenario (single-player or network), you get points to buy cutscenes, concept art, extra modes, and others. The music capcom made in this game is perfect. Even with the theme song. It can be a good game to play. People might get tried of the single-player, but not bored of the network-mode.
