Ratchet and Clank : Going to Great Heights.
R & C jusat blew me away.
When went ti the game store near my house, I had a choice of two great games. I had already made my mind about getting the Champions of Norrath game. But I had a choice of getting R & C or Jak. I thought Jak was a little cooler, so I went to the counter to buy it. The cashier said R & C was better, and since he was a pro. gamer, I got Ratchet and Clank. Professional gamers are smart. When I put R & C in my disc tray, and started the game, I felt love at first sight. I then got the 2nd Ratchet game(this one).
I thought the first one was awesome. This was terribly terrific! It ruled! I started the story mode, and immediately fell into the game.
The graphics were mind blowing! Did you see Ratchet? He actually looks cool!! But seriously, the character models were terrific. Even the weapons looked real! The musc wasn't awesome,but it wasn't something you'd get tired listening to.
My favorite part was the blowing things/people up. I loved the fact if you smashed a lamp pole, you'd get money. I did that until I had enough money to buy a great weapon. There are also a lot of great weapons. You can also import your weapons from the old game. Some of the weapons are:
Lava Gun
Lancer
Turret
Seeker Gun
and many more! You also have your good old wrench.
Another awesome thing is, Clank is playable. He doesn't have a lot of playing time, but you can play as our metallic little friend in parts of the game.
Overall, this game is terrific. It's one of the best platformers ever made.
