This game is almost as good as the first one, Ratchet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction, but there are a few things.
One thing is how short it is. This game is so short, I finished it in three sittings. The story mode is only about 12 hours. This takes some of the fun from the game because, when you're playing it, it's really fun but it ends too soon.
Even though it is short, this game is great! Like the first one, there are some weapons, not as many as the first because the game is so short, but enough to keep you into the game. The weapons are as enjoyable as in the first game and destroying the armys of robot pirates just gives you a feeling of accomplishment.
One other thing that is good about the game is, like the first, the story. The story from this game picks up where Tools of Destruction left off. The story sails easily from level to level and there is some humor along the way. Once again, when the game is finished, it leaves you off with yet another cliff hanger so keep your eyes peeled for the next game in the series Ratchet and Clank fans! ;)
One last thing that makes this game great, like the first, again, is the graphics and sound. The graphics are just as good as the first game if not a little better. The enviroments are very detailed and immersive and keep you into the game. The sound of the game is good too. You can hear some backround sound of the enviroment depending on the level and the sound and graphics of the enemies are great too!
To wrap it all up, this game is almost as good as the first game but it's not quite there. The major aspect that keeps it away from getting to the level of the first is how short it is but there are many more good aspects of the game than bad!
