The main selling point of this game - that it looks amazing for a freebie. The reality, limited by its repetitiveness.
Lets tackle this head on – In a minute first I will just say, whatever you take from this, remember that it is FREE and so WORTH TRYING because it is FREE, need repeating? FREE!!!
Now to the tackling -

The main aspect to this game is to train via killing monsters, then do quests which 95% of involve killing monsters and that's about it…
This gets a little tiresome and that is probably why there are much fewer high levelled players than on other free MMORPG's such as runescape (not that I am supporting it in anyway as runescape is a bit rubbish too).
But this review isn't all doom and gloom for the game, I, despite what I have said am still playing it constantly.
Why? Well ironically because the graphics are interesting so carrying out the same tasks can be a little fun! You also have goals to work towards, such as new skills, and, despite the inevitable disappointment once you have trained the skill you want to train for it anyway.
I am also captivated by the several classes and jobs available, each with its own set of spells and skills allows you to mould your own character to be how you want them to be. Pets are also available to make the adventure more fun and more exiting.
But what I was most shocked about when playing this game was something I haven't found on another free MMORPG, and that is how friendly the community is. For instance if I compare it to runescape. If on runescape you need to know something no one will bother telling you, whereas here I have been answered most of the time. On runescape everyone is in it for themselves, whereas the players of Rappelz seem to offer all the help they can. The players of Runescape also make attempts to swear, curse and offend in anyway possible, despite the attempts of the runescape team to stop this. Yet again Rappelz excels and community wise I am impressed!
And I finish this review on the note that as a free game it is worth trying for the sake that it is FREE and also for the amazing community, which is hard to find in this modern world. Which reminds me, if you are one of those annoying horrible people from runescape who enjoy scamming and generally being a bit 'gittish', don't spoil this game! I have taken quite a shine to it!
