There is a wealth of guides online that will help veterans and newbies alike. These will explain the nuances of the game and some of the rare drops provided by certain enemies.
Grinding in this game is actually pretty fun, and my earliest memory of it is when I was eight or nine and my older brother would set me up on his account for hours so I could level for him and look for rare drops. Your welcome bro, the pleasure was all mine.
