Yeah, this is a good idea but hey, you know so many replies are made here. I had made a topic and guess what? After 3 minutes, there's about 12 people who replied in my topic. So, if it's enabled in non paying members, your e-mail address will be flooded with e-mail notifications. Could you imagine after you had a good day at the forums, then you check out your e-mail and you see 2045 unread messages.

How about when you register at a site that needs e-mail activation? How about if that certain topic is "hot"? So many replies. You will have to dig that 2045 messages just to spot your activation e-mail.
