@sellingthings: i got the water cooler because it is very hot here atleast for 7-8 months every year. It the end of October and i am still using AC in my room. And my i had 240 mm fan cooler in my previous mid tower build but it was still overheating when on load specially when video editing and rendering. On idle my previous cpu's was in 50s(C) on idle.
And now in my new build the CPU is in 29-32C with liquid cooler i have got when idle and goes at 45-50 C when on the same load while the previous was on same temp on idle with overheating when on load.
I know the change in temp is also because of the better Chasis with better air flow.
(Just sharing) On my previous build my gtx580 used to be at 56c temp when idle and in the 90s C when gaming and now on idle my gtx 1070 moves from 29-34 when idle (and with full hd videos and other normal stuff) and i havent seen the temp past from 55C when gaming (in the games i have played so far).
I was waiting for 1080ti to release to get the new system but my system died on me and i needed the system so i had to get one.
I bought 1070 instead of 1080(which i could easly afford) because of 2 reasons, one because i wanted 1080ti atleast so i bought it so later i can sale it and then get the GPU i want. 2nd reason is that i am currently gaming on 1080p60 so i dont need GTX 1080 and now i think i wont be getting 1080ti as well and will wait for the new generation of gpu and will get it with 4k display.
The reason i went with i7 because i needed it because of my work (video editing, 3d max projects, video rendering, some more graphical work and music production etc. And i didnt need the extra power of 6-8 core cpus (which i was thinking of getting i7 5930 and 5960) which are more costly so for me the better choice was 6700k.
About the ram i wanted to get doninator but it wasnt available in my country and i also wanted higher frequency as well so out of the ram available (corsair vengeance lpx 2400 and 3200mhz) and gskill 2400mhz(which i dont know anything about) i went with corsair.
@serialkisser: Really? I thought that by adding the calculated VRAM in enblocal.ini we get to use all of the GPU memory, I am gonna go check it myself i also have a lot pretty heavy mods installed.
@CallMeDuraSouka: Every game i played from bethesda looks terrible in GFX (skyrim, fallout 4, Dishonored, Doom 4) because they using the same old engine with slightly updated version. Dishonored 2 is looking better in the trailers i watched so far. I hope they move on to a new engine (for todays GFX standards) soon.
