loved the genesis and dreamcast but come on people, sega put out another console? In this day and age where Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft rule the market; that would be [another] unwise move by sega. They can't even manage to put out a decent game nowadays. Shenmue II wasn't nearly as good as the original.
@ Helmhead I totally agree with you! I wonder how many hours I spent trying to beat that game as a kid! And I did eventually finish it! I remember how bad-a$$ the soundtrack to Shredder's Boss fight was. You know how hard that game was for a little guy - only four lives, come on!!! @ wwonk666 yeah, the remake isn't as great as I had hoped it to be, but the game isn't a total waste - since it was only 800 points (not $15 like you said).

klugenbeel, you shouldn't be playing games in the first with a mindset like yours. Though it has been written a billion times, by a billion different people, there's no denying video game is art. You'd have to be blind not see that, literally, in its presentation and the obvious creative process that went into making it.
