As much hate as these guys are getting for this video, I kind of agree with them. Everything spewing from Nintendo lately has been most of the same stuff. The Gamecube era was the last time I remember feeling so taken by Nintendo. They had new stuff like Pikmin, Luigi's Mansion, even SMSunshine was crazy different. They have great ideas but don't take the risks of creating new worlds and characters for their ideas.
@blastmaster2k2 i have a pc xbox ps3 and wii u all of them just for exclusives but lay mostly on my xbox and ps3 because that's what the friends have.. if nintendo didn't have smash bros or Zelda then i wouldn't have my wii u but i know i can't get those games anywhere else lol same goes for games like halo gears uncharted infamous the witcher diablo and guild wars
nobody is hiding behind anything if someone buys an xbox with kinect does that mean they are forced to use it when they play mass effect or Madden 13? the console was sold with the Kinect as it's major selling point. in this economy not everybody has money or space for multiple tvs either and you forget that some people live in shitty apartments with multiple roommates or that in some households kids share one room. these so called consoles are designed with optional features for optional reasons. i don't see every game in existence using the sixaxis on ps3. the 3ds while it may not be as powerful as the vita it's still more powerful than the original ds which is major selling point of the console. i do like that tripad idea tho lmao should market that I'm sure apple lovers would be stupid enough to buy it. I'm not trying to start some war i agree with some of your points but i don't think you see the whole picture and I'm typing on my phone so excuse the crappiness
@arc_salvo @proletaryus so you don't believe that the feature to play the game on the game pad screen could become something that people could really get used to? i hear some of the wii u users loving the fact that they can play games like batman on the toilet lmao or letting the gf watch their dumb vampire shows while they play cod on the wii u gamepad screen idk i think that is honestly pretty cool
@Nihilux lol @ the dreamcast remark don't start that kinda flame war here please because the dreamcast screen in the remote did nothing useful whatsoever.. and as for the screen option on the wii u that feature does not have to be implemented into their games man lol I love the fact that i can play on my pc or xbox and my brother can play wii u games on the screen in front of him while i use the tv.. never understood why everyone only sees this tablet controller as a gimmick and does not see that little bit of usefulness there. as for the 3Ds i agree the 3D on it isnt really that great thats why u can turn it off -_- and the gyro is completely optional
@vengefulwilberg COD BO2 is a sad excuse to say the console is inferior. The console just came out and is using different technology from PS3 and XBOX which have been out for 7 years or so. If I remember correctly when the 360 first came out most games looked nowhere near as good as they do now because developers were working with new technology. You cannot blame the console for errors due to the development process. If you remember correctly I believe Skyrim on the PS3 is a victim to this so called slowdown the 360 and PC did not have so you're argument does not make sense. The WII sucked balled I agree with you there, but I honestly believe Nintendo, as much as they may seem to come off as a company who tries to push these new gimmicks on to consumers, is genuinely trying to get back both the hardcore audience but once again bring something new to the table.
@a1450358509 You're probably right about the PS3 being able to do what the WII U can do, but the Vita is not sold WITH the console.. and was also quite honestly not fully developed around that idea. I can't see any reason why a developer would waste time trying to do what they would be able to do on the WII U with the ps3 because imo not everyone will have both the vita and a PS3. They would be wasting efforts and resources on a feature that would really never be used and atm that does not make sense financially.
