@skyx26: Doom 3 was a critical and commercial success. So you can't say everyone hated it. Hardcore Doom fans probably hated it, I liked the d3 direction. I hear a lot of comments about people disappointed by the direction they've taken this time. There are so many frenetic shooters out now. Not many people doing actual survival horror. Not even Resident Evil. A lot of people see footage of this game and just see another shooter.
@doyoueventaco69: It's okay to have an opinion as well. I was a huge Doom 3 fan. That game was legitimately scary. This game is not, which has me disappointed. Stating that and debating that might save someone else from buying the game who is going to hate it. Then come on this page and rant about how they got ripped off.
@senorbusyman: Then you will never be in charge of EA. It's not about making fans happy. It's about making money. And war games are faster paced now. So how will people feel about slowing down.
@angeloti83: I don't think the ps4 has a lot of power left. It's more of a PC now so they are reaching their limit. Naughty Dog are just great at making games. That being said, I really don't think that matter. Ps3 was under powered for a long time. And then at the end they make Last of Us. The best game ever. Console gamers are used to being behind and DEV's just need to be creative. Instead now console gamers are going to be spending more than PC gamers for their PC's. I mean PC games are already half the price.
