I have an Amd Athlon 64 5000+ ( 2.6ghz x2) 2 gb ddr2 , nvidia gforce 9600 gt (512 ddr3 , 256 b) and I run Cod 6 on 1650x1050 with all the details on high but without antialiasing, without problems.
