These types of visual novels that also try to be games usually end up failing at both.

Even if they were fake, still caused the price for actual pokemon cards to skyrocket. The damage has been done to a lot more than just his bank account.

Really bugs me when rich people do stuff like this with their money. People say "it's their money they can do what they want." yeah, but their actions have repercussions on the rest of us. It's similar to when retro games prices skyrocketed simply because some doofus paid 1 million for a Mario game.
