I haven't used rainmenter in ages but iirc once you put everything in the right folders you click on the rainmeter icon in the system tray and select what meters you want to display and how you want to display them. The drag them around the screen to where you want them.

The thing is GameSpot got rid (or they quit) of all their reviewers like Jeff, Greg, Alex, Brad, Carrie, etc. etc. and were left with nothing really (except Kevin).

Now they people they have doing their reviews have all had the necessary personality bypass to ensure they don't have any original thoughts that may deviate from the company line.
