@gameroutlawzz I purchased both. I enjoyed Alien: Isolation, and I am enjoying The Evil Within right now.

@santinegrete Good advice! I also found it helpful to wait for the invisible guy to open the door, and then I blasted him with the shotgun.

This game was awesome. I wish I could have played it with the Oculus Rift.

@Synthia @Gen007 I didn't know this. Do you know why gamespot made the change?

If the 9/10 on Gamespot interests you as a potentially lower-than-average score, you might want to check out the 3.5/5 over at the Escapist.

@carolynmichelle @Link592 I disagree with your response here, Carolyn. As a professional reviewer, you have every right to give this game a 6.5. Reviewers on other sites also have every right to give this game a 9. Your review adds to the discussion, and I appreciate it. Keep up the great work!

@Ballock All I'm really trying to say is that none of them rule.

@innocent69 Well, I guess if you own one system, you'll love it, but if you are like me, and you own all of the systems, you'll hate them all equally.

@CptRexKramer I've read that the original version of The Witcher 2 was quite difficult in the beginning, but CD Projekt Red has tweaked it since then. On normal difficulty, I did not find the game too hard. Also, you can build your character to focus on combat if you don't like going into menus a lot (a common trait of RPG's). The game has a great story and lots of interesting characters. The price also dropped recently. Take the plunge!
