I've heard that if you put the Wii or horizontal sometimes the disc gets scratched. Plus, it looks better when it's vertical.

Anyway, t doesn't matter how long you've had the game. They have to give a refund if the game is faulty.

they have to because it's a faulty disc. In gametraders I read the receipt and they clearly said that if the disc is faulty you can get a refund. If you haven't bought it from gametraders then at least try and ask the people at the shop for a refund.

why not just go back to the place where you first bought bought FIFA 09 and get a refund. I'm pretty sure that they have to give your money back if the disc isn't working.
