@mcavcil In the Cyberpunk Pen&Paper universe, some people abuse cybernetic augmentations and drugs, causing them to lose their humanity. They regards regular humans as nothing more than filth, calling them "organics" or "meatbags". Some of these individuals, commonly called Psychos, end up going on a killing spree.

If the regular police can't manage to stop these rampaging Psychos, the MAX-TAC squad, commonly called the Psycho Squad, is caleld to the scene to stop the rampage. And sometimes, if it's possible, they "repurpose" a Psycho to become a MAX-TAC agent, which is what happens at the end of this trailer.
