As much as I hate Activision, I hope they win this.

No Doubt must have been doing truly awful in 2009 to need to pull a stunt like this to get some cash.

They're probably dead in a gutter by now and no one noticed, or cared.

If you didnt play the beta dont complain about the graphics. Those pictures dont reflect the graphics very well actually. It looks a lot smoother in game..The beta was awesome. I bet on an HDTV the graphics are godly.
