I forgot to say that the Do's are the words in the vocals during the chorus but they are not saying do. I can tell its an 80s song by the style of drums,guitar,synths, you just know this stuff if its in your head

Even more info. The vocal melody in the chorus sounds like the chorus of M79 by Vampire weekend. Songs are not related but the vocal melody sounds the same.
