Lady.... maybe instead of attacking video gaming (Virtual world) you could focus your efforts on reality... Possibly the mass genocide in Africa?
I agree that violence in Video games may influence people in a negative way, but violence is simply in our nature, I tend to think of the bible which is full of violent content..
Dice rolling dungeons & dragons has been played and enjoyed for years.. Visuals are important depending on the type of game, but investing in other more important aspects of a game eg, story, NPC personalities, pro choice based objectives and things alike; these things make a game more enjoyable.
The industry has pushed this agenda by trying to out perform one another when it comes to graphics, I understand that graphics and physics are important but I wouldn't say they are 60%!!
I still play Blood and Doom for the pure fact they're fun! Does anyone else remember Blood???? Best Multi-player I've experienced
@spoofin14 Would you think that by expressing our opinions about the issue may benefit both consumer and MS?? A good company listens to their consumers..
I'm sick of this PC vs Console argument, they're both computing technologies and both serve their purposes.. My interest is in the gameplay and future gameplay. Gorgeous visuals will be trumped in under half a year, but gameplay systems and innovations render the future of gaming. These sexy clips and teasers are great, but don't be ignorant and forget what makes a game brilliant!
I assume that they minimized the dust to allow us to see more detail, but I can't be sure. I'm looking forward to utilizing my Televisions full capacity :D
@Gunbunny9 Have you played the original games? The only similarities that I noticed was that it's in first person, the design looks gorgeous and Garrett jumped out of a window...
The original games gave me bizarre feelings, like you were constantly anxious and having to plan out every decision (Sherlock Holmes Style) similar to the Demon Souls games.
If it's anything like Deadly Shadows I'll be happy!
PS4 already has the market with their free Network, this seems excessive, I'll agree that I'm online for the majority of time; but consumers should have a choice.
