so i been leveling my baal sword in normal item world with rasetsu turned on

my baal sword is currently level 461

with 1mil atk and 2mil sp?

when i turn rasetsu off it goes back to 700k atk and 40k sp

can anyone please explain whats going on? why has the sp massivly increased instead of the atk XD?
