Why not ask people who have been playing ESO about Bethesda's "Patch" system? Every other patch breaks the game, and almost every patch locks out steam players. I've been playing for 2 years, and this is a pretty common theme. They make EA's SWTOR look like a well oiled machine at times, and that game is shit as well.

@masterfrankgrimes: I agree I would have gotten what I deserve. Except I never bought Fallout 76. When I heard MMO, I knew what too expect. I do play ESO, and already know firsthand how Bethesda can take a great game, and turn it into crap. Case in point, there is a "special event" going on in ESO, and the group finder is broken on the EU server (I play on both EU and NA) on the first day of the event.

@mdinger: If you want to see what a shitty Bioware/ EA MMO looks like, download SWTOR (Star Wars The Old Republic). It'll make Fallout 76 look good.

Almost sounds like Microsoft's pitch for why this windows will be better for gamers. Lots of promises with no delivery. Why aren't they making a "wrapper" for older games that can be continued to be used on newer versions of windows? Because people who play "old" games might not buy the crap they are selling. NFS franchise has been turned into a big steaming pile of shit. EA should change their motto, "EA we turn gold into shit"...

@shulet: Funny, that's what I think about the xbox and ps consoles compared to my "grown up" console called a "Computer".

@Cikatriz_ESP: That's called progress. We don't want our kids and grandkids to have to endure the pains of our generations. There are reasons why there are laws that protect people against "slaveowner" bosses. I live in a right to work state. Have you ever been fired because your Tennessee boss is upset about your Mizzou t-shirt? I have. So screw all of you who protect the status quo. Society can't progress when the previous generation won't let go of power and pass it down to the next generations (baby boomers).

@Megawizard: ESO is much, much better. They are like every other mmo and break stuff with new patches and updates, like yesterdays Murkmire dlc. Fixed within a few hours. More players are on the EU server than NA. The only negative thing I can say about it, is if you run on both servers, you have to buy EVERYTHING twice. But a subscription is cross server and gives you content to everything except for the newest chapter upgrade of Summerset. But even that should be DLC by Christmas. 15 bucks on steam, get it.

@ermacos: ESO is actually a pretty decent mmo now. I beta'd it and stayed away for a couple of years. It's cleaned up, has more content than you could ever do in 6 months. Never was appealed by WoW, it's too cartoonish looking. I feel I should be playing it on a 20 year old computer. I did SWTOR for awhile, but then it nosedived, so I went back and relooked at ESO. Been there 2 years, still haven't finished most of the dlcs, and they dropped a new one yesterday. How can you go wrong with 15 bucks for it?
