[QUOTE="trigger501"]X38, do they supportt SLI(if i wanna SLI later on)?? does a dedicated sound card really make that much of difference than an integrated one? where do propose i get em??RayvinAzn
X38 does not support SLI - you'd have to get an nForce 780i chipset motherboard for that, but I'm not sure if those are available in Australia yet, and I don't know of any really reliable sites to shop at down under. We do have a few Aussies here though, hopefull one of them will see this. And on a quality set of speakers, the difference between onboard audio and a discreet sound card is pretty big.
Nah im not looking at a tri SLI system atm, thats too out there for me. hehehe
i juz want a mobo that has SLI and support and 1066mhz DDR2 ram and will support Q6600, im looking at getting the creative xfi:fatality edition... that should be good enough ay?
at the place that i shop at, they only hav SLI mobos that support only up to 800 mhz, so does 1066 DDR2 have that much of a difference from 800mhz??
