I would have been satisfied had I gotten an ending based on the choices I made during the game.

If they could do it that way for ME2, then they could have done that with ME3.

Yeah, I laughed at Harbinger. He wanted Shepard's body so bad, yet he did nothing in ME3.

BioWare committed a "cardinal sin", allowing multi to take away from SP. There should have been a way in SP to improve fleet effectiveness past 50%, and I think there was but it was taken out for multi. The planet Aequitas lights up later in-game, but there's nothing ever there.
