I have.... Windows Vista 32-bit Intel Core 2 Duo @ 1.66ghz 2GB RAM nVidia 8600 GS with 1260mb total memory. The game ran perfect on medium settings, but a little bit laggy on full. I had it at 1280x800 resolution and I was impressed by the beautiful graphics. If your rig is better than mine, it will run no doubt. If you're not sure, download the demo which is like 800 mb. It only took my laptop 45 minutes to download it, at something like 300kb/s. Just google "Unreal Tournament III demo".
