@k9kal85: Well, sure, they're entitled to do it. It's still a free country last I checked. They can market their products however they want and I wish them the best, but I can also express that I think how they do it is a little b.s.
You ever hear of people having their own opinions and thinking for themselves? I mean, what do you think the comment section is for?
As an Xbox One owner, this really is unwarranted boasting on Microsoft's part. This line-up is OK, but nothing to brag about. 3 of the games they mentioned aren't even exclusives.
I got to play about 3 hours last night with both campaign and multiplayer. I definitely need more time before I really decide how I feel about this game, but so far I'm just a little disappointed with it. I think the biggest thing though is I didn't play Halo 4 until about 2 months ago; so, I'm very much still in a Halo 1-3 mindset when it comes to feel/controls. I'm hoping once I adjust to how the game is now I'll like it.
I'm really hoping they support and add-to this game about the same amount as they have Splatoon. I think there are so many great DLC opportunities, and I think the way to keep this game relevant is to continuously add new content to give people a reason to go back and play/build.
I feel like there needs to be a Nintendo Direct or Event soon. I'd like some more looks/details of the new Zelda, and maybe some news on the Smash Ballot.
I'd like to see a Final Fantasy VI and VIII remake. Imagine what they could do with Kefka today.
I also think I cool idea would be to do remake of Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and perhaps add on a third game to make it a trilogy.
Also, at the end of Dirge of Cerberus there was a certain cut scene that I thought left open the door for one more FF7 game. I would like to see a follow-up to that.
I didn't particularly enjoy the Beta. I think going in I was looking for something more along the lines of an updated Vegas, but the game felt a little too generic - too much like everything else. I'll probably still pick this one up, but now I'll wait til the price drops.
The SC fanboy in me is still really excited about this release, but I do feel like there was way too much time in between the expansions. I played SC2 after its initial release more than any game I've ever played. I stopped playing after about two years, but when HotS came out I tried to get back into it. At that point, though, the player base had really dropped off and all that seemed left were the world beaters. I feel like If Blizzard had managed to release the expansions earlier, they would kept a higher interest in this game and kept a larger player base.
