Yeah. I mean its not like a rough around the edges street detective would ever need to carry more than one gun. That is just insanity. Its not like he could ever lose his primary weapon in a tense situation and then find himself completely unarmed and at the mercy of a criminal. Just doesnt sound like a real life scenario you're right. Good catch.
@TohouAsura I might not even play it either, but if you are going the psuedo science route (which to my knowledge no one in the real world is taking in the direction the game takes it) So it requires quite a bit more suspension of disbelief than most. The Animus program could be hacked to allow those within the VR to do whatever they wanted to do since the Animus software is essentially just a program (like The Matrix) for interfacing with all his memories and the chair merely a point of access. So it could be possible to swap Washington as the villian and give Connor new super human abilities even if it wouldn't happen in "reality" since its just code. I just bitch because I enjoy when developers try to do something interesting with the game world mechanics and characters outside of the normal game story. DLC that actually gives you more hours of play with a storyline you don't expect. Not like some other games that hand out a few crap skin change or a new weapon in a bundle and try to pass that off for $30 of your money like you should be grateful to them. Least these developers tried something new with what they had rather than just more of the same barely inspired updates developers use to increase shelf life of their game
Love how all the people are complaining about this being some sort of nonsense storyline when the whole game series is about a man who uses a hyper advanced machine, they always seem to have a spare of, to read his DNA which contains memories of his long dead ancestors who just so happened to interact with a hyper advanced alien race that once dominated all human life through objects that interacted with our brains wirelessly until they were all wiped out by a solar flare.
Yeah the orignial story of the series was just super grounded in realism. Almost simulation like in its execution.
If you guys think you can be more creative, do it. Don't whine. Its sad.
@LukeWesty Yeah I get what your saying and I agree too that some PC owners do have a tendency to behave that way. At the same time I understand that large RTS games on consoles have been notoriously poorly done as well as larger style mmo's. They just make more sense playing on a keyboard and are more functional to play on a PC. I am an avid console gamer and have been for a substantial part of my life, but I can still understand and appreciate PC for what it offers. Really commenting more on the people's need to aggravate each other through comments.
@SgtDarthVader Yeah I agree completely. Wasn't trying to say that one was more or less elitist than the other, but I guess it probably came off like that. I just enjoys games for the sake of gaming too, I just get bored with all the comments and blogs bitching about this or that rather than just enjoying games. Like I said before just tired of the pissing contests over trivial things.

About the whole PC rig/console arguement, and the graphics arguement as well, can we just all agree people are jaded as **** when it comes to technology and that PC gamers are always going to feel superior to console gamers since they can upgrade their rig whenever they have enough cash. I happen to enjoy the differences between the two and just like console gaming isn't for some people, PC gaming isn't for others. Still nice to see that every conversation on the Internet is still a pissing contest though (NOT REALLY).
