I commonly read on this forum that Xbox360 is the American-ites home console. While similtaniously from the same group understand that it is games that matter, not hardware sales.

Xbox360's front line is British. It's highest rated game is Great British, and it's frontline first party developers (Rare, Lionhead) are British game developers. The actual hardware is made in China.

The purpose of this thread is just to gain a little recognition for the Home Team (I'm posting from Gamespot UK, we have a secret forum on this website) and just to state that We invented videogames, and were still in the forefront of videogame development. Booyeah!

A true classic only gets better as time rolls on. I can still go back and play all the marios. I will never get siick of Castlevania Symphony of the Night, and I probably will go back and beat Blood Omen (just cause iits is such a good game).And don't even get me started on Legend of Zelda...they alll rock hard!!!

Also, it would make more sense to say the SNES=PS3, and Genesis=360. The Genesis had a headstart, and was considered to have better games then the SNES. But then the SNES started catching up in sales and game quality. Similar to the battle between the PS3 and 360. No doubt that this thread was created by a 360 fan boy in denial..... lol "I pity the fool" that has no where else to look but the past to see if they can compare things at the present..... Seriously the 360 is no where close to one of the best consoles ever created (SNES)..... I mean, for godsake they have a 33% failure rate on their console, (the highest in gaming history for that matter) and they only have what? Halo & GeOW as major exclusives? come on!......... Sony & Nintendo will always be superior in terms of quality GAMING (IMO)...... come on see the light peopl, SEE THE LIGHT!

I had them and still do its collecting dust in the attic, all their good for is disturbing the neighbours with BASS, they sound really bad in sound quality.f-a-d-3

Oh crap really :( I am going to mainly use them for video games (PS3/360) . By sound quality, do you mean clarity in the detail? Like voice.
