The only thing that I can imagine being worse would be if they threw Rush Hour in the mix. Then I'd be on the lookout for 4 scary looking, buffed up dudes on horseback

It's almost as if they no longer stress journalistic ethics at universities. For all I know they don't because when I grew up you knew the news guys political stance but it wasn't obvious. When I was in my early 20s I used to work at a couple of different theaters were famous actors & musicians would come & perform & I'd have to interact with them & get them what they needed. I swear to God -to a person 99% were as dumb as dirt & I would be so disappointed because I'd see them on Letterman or Leno & they would seem so engaging & witty but it's all pre-planned with one of the shows producers. Watch when they go to commercial they turn & just stare out & won't talk to Fallon or Kimmel. It's because they have their stories rehearsed and it's the main reason the host has cards because the producers goes over 3 or 4 stories with the guest on the phone before they come in. DeNiro is one of the dumbest. He can barely read. But it’s amazing he reads the script like 1/2 a retard then he has it and he just becomes the character. He's like fucking Rainman. There is always exceptions like James Spader and a few others but why we put these people on pedestals is beyond me. That's why they say you should never meet your idols...you'll usually be disappointed.
@moonbeam2: Yeah reporters don't even verify sources anymore. When you watch or read the news the reporters will repeat a story that was on another network or site w/out even verifying validity. You hear this a lot, "sources are out the claiming Yada, Yada, Yada". They feel that, legally, they are covered if they say "sources" are "claiming". Then you tell a friend, "I heard..." because it was just on a so-called legit news source. We all do it & that's how misinformation gets spread like wildfire. Fucking lazy and we are all just as guilty because we continue to click on the stories. There's NO incentive for them to improve.
