Can't wait til this finally drops. A review a full week before it comes out. Doesn't happen often. Let the hype machine roll on. I bet its a pefect 10. I mean come on what the hell is half of a point anyway just 10 the darn thing and call it a day. Seriously what makes this just a half point better than Infamous, or Halo 3 which both got mostly 9's. I'm sure its twice as good as both. These reviews really get on my nerves. I've played games that are well above the review they were given so this is nothing new. If the scale was 12 I guess it would have gotten a 11.5. I'm saying it right here. If Ps3 drops a 10 then the Xbox will have a ten game. I guarantee an xbox game is reviewed a 9.5 before the year is out. I also bet that as soon as God Of War 3 drops its a ten, then something on the 360 will get a 10 review as well even though neither might not deserve it. I hate politics. Just review the game for what it is, a perfect gaming experience.
I am not a big Halo fan but. I do want to play this game. I may not buy but I am renting this weekend if I like it I'll use gameflys buy feature which is awesome and much cheaper than gamestop/eb. I gotta play it to make any point I make valid good or bad. I'm never one to criticize anything just based on seeing a name and automatically saying oh it sucks without having even played one minute of it. Truth is I wanted to become a fan of Halo I just haven't been that impressed with the titles so far. If I had played the first one when it first came out I might have gotten hooked but I started with 3 and worked my way down. I wasn't impressed with Halo 3 because I played it right after playing COD 4, 5, and Killzone 2 in order so it really was a dissappointment compared to those. ODST should be good I hope. At least this time I'll play it before COD 6/MW2.
I'm tired of waiting for UC2, Tekken 6, and MW2, and many many others. This is going to be a great fall and winter season. In the house with nothing to do except play great games while the snow falls outside. Can't wait.
I think a gamefly account is inevitable. There is no way I can keep up with the recent tiltes nor all the future ones. I look at the list of titles coming out in September, October and November alone and it is unreal how many good to great games are being released. My question is how do you plan to play all of the ones you want to play?
I say a ten. based on anticipation alone. Anything less shouldn't be expected. Killzone 2 and Infamous both got 9's mostly everywhere. UC2 has to be a 10. It's multiplayer should push it to a classic 10 score. Its gonna be bette rthan MGS4 and it got a 10 so ....................
