Is this the same version as Stealth Bastard Deluxe on steam? Or should I play it on my vita?

I really like puzzlegames but this one never really felt fun to play.

Atleast it is hard to believe that the metacritic score will be 9,5 for this one and that is why it is hard to believe that this game would appeal to as many people as the last of us or have the same quality. This is probably a great game and I really like puzzlers so I might get it tough. But before that Im curious of the metacritic or what userscore has to say.
