@Vari3ty "Accessibility" in this article most probably means it will not be a direct sequel / prequel and will be accessible to both old fans and newcomers TO THE FRANCHISE (not new to gaming). Stop being so negative and leaving generic comments that we see on every other news article.
I can see his point, modern games involve very high budgets but the price of the games has been pretty much the same. Second hand market can really harm game companies.
With so many game websites covering the stories I think the place game companies need to cut down is the advertising. Instead of charging second hand games and incorporating godawful micro transactions, they should stop advertising so much for well known franchises. That can be a win-win situation.
All they had to do was launch a console with better hardware, focused on games, nobody needs the sharing, liking, tweeting bullshit on a gaming console.
Instead they decided to focus the next gen on the twitter hipster fags and created a weak computer with a controller that focuses on being connected with others while dancing in front of kinect more than gaming.
